Introducing: Pace Pledge

Pace is helping people re-imagine how they get around the cities they love. When someone decides to hop on a Pace bike instead of getting in their car or hailing an Uber, they’re creating a meaningful moment out of the simplest trip — pulling themselves out of a dull, default routine into a colorful world of active mobility.

We want to make sure everyone has the chance to find their Pace. So we started Pace Pledge – our promise to bring the best in modern, dockless bike sharing to everyone in all the communities we serve.

We pledge to bring Pace to those with low incomes. Without credit cards. With old smartphones, or any smartphone at all. With physical challenges, who can’t ride our standard cruiser. If we’re not serving you, contact us and tell us why. We’ll do our best to bring Pace to you too.

Pace Cash

No credit card? No problem! We’ve partnered with PayPal Cash and PayNearMe so you can ride Pace with cash. Both options let you fill up your Pace account using cash at any CVS, 7-Eleven, Rite Aid or Family Dollar. For instructions on each, read our FAQ.

EBT Discount

If you can’t afford to ride Pace, but have an EBT card, we have a solution. EBT members qualify for a $5 monthly membership. That’s unlimited 60 minute trips for just $5 a month. Learn more about how to sign up for Pace with your EBT card in our FAQ.

Students love Pace, to zip across campus, get to and from class on time, or just enjoy a beautiful day on a bike. Our student discount plan makes it easy and affordable for students to ride Pace. Just enter a valid .edu email address and qualify for a 50% discount on our $9.99 monthly subscription. That’s just $4.99 a month for unlimited 60 minute trips!

Accessible Bikes

While we’re proud of our award-winning Pace cruiser, we know it’s not for everyone. So we’re working on rounding out our fleet with accessible Pace bikes for those who need a different kind of ride. A tricycle for those who need a little extra stability. A side-by-side so those with visual or cognitive impairment can ride with a friend. And a hand-cycle for those with lower body disabilities. Our accessible bikes are coming to Rochester, NY in June 2018 and to other markets later this year.
